Position Overview

As a Financial Professional, you will work with clients to help them understand financial concepts and identify solutions that align with their individual goals and needs. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients remotely to discuss financial goals and priorities.
• Educate clients on financial topics, including retirement planning, savings strategies, and insurance protection.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.
• Document client interactions and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other client-facing roles is valued but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspace.
• Ability to pass a background check, where permitted by applicable law.
• Previous financial services experience is not required.

Compensation

Compensation is based on the position’s compensation structure and applicable performance criteria. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $55,802.73 - $90,000.00 per year
