Job Title: Head of Non-IT / Indirect Sourcing -Professional Services
Location: Hyderabad, India
Reports To: Global Sourcing Leader
Team Size: 10-12 Sourcing
Position Purpose
The Head of Non-IT / Indirect Sourcing will analyzing the companys total spend across all non-IT departments to build long-term sourcing strategies that maximize value, minimize risk, and drive cost savings.
Will serve as a critical executive leader responsible for driving the strategic direction, execution, and optimization of the organization’s global indirect spend categories.
Will handle strategic impact of global services procurement rather than just absolute spend volume.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team in India, working in close collaboration with onshore teams in USA and business leaders worldwide to transform sourcing from a transactional function into a strategic business differentiator.
In-Scope Categories:
- Professional Services: Consulting, Advisory, Legal, and Financial Services.
- Marketing & Media Services: Agencies, Creative, Production, and Digital Media.
- Staffing & External Labor: Contingent Workforce, RPO, and Managed Services.
- Real Estate & Facilities Services: Property Management, Workplace Services, and Construction.
- Energy & Utility Services: Corporate Sustainability and Energy Procurement.
- Other Enterprise Services: General Corporate and Administrative Spend.
Must-Have Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 18+ years of deep procurement and sourcing experience, with a heavy emphasis on indirect procurement.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in services sourcing across multiple complex, non-IT categories.
- Geographic Exposure: Demonstrated experience executing global sourcing initiatives, specifically managing markets and stakeholders across the US and Europe.
- Exposure in Global Sourcing or GCC or GBS is a MUST.
