Job Title: Digital Learning Design Coach

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Mostly remote – South London office once per month

Full time permanent position

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an apprenticeship training provider, supporting aspiring digital learning professionals through their development and qualifications.

As a Digital Learning Design Coach, you will coach and mentor a cohort of apprentices, supporting their development in digital learning design. You will assess their work, identify skills gaps, provide constructive feedback and support their progression against apprenticeship standards.

Alongside one-to-one coaching, you will conduct progress reviews, maintain reporting for apprentices and employers, and deliver occasional group training sessions and in-person development days.

The organisation delivers apprenticeship programmes in partnership with employers, combining structured digital learning with personalised coaching and practical workplace development.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in digital learning and instructional design
• Good understanding of learning design principles and methodologies
• Experience developing digital learning within academic or commercial environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain complex learning concepts clearly and effectively
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident using digital learning platforms, LMS and Microsoft Office
• Genuine interest in coaching, mentoring and developing others

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in coaching, mentoring or teaching
• Experience working within apprenticeships or professional education
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
