• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

Please note: We require complex commercial claims background. This role supports multiple clients, both risk and Captive. How You’ll Make An Impact Supervise: Lead and encourage a liability claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service.

Promote Best Practices: Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GB’s Best Practices.

Drive Talent: Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

Licensing: Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees.

Utilize Technology: Harness the power of Gallagher’s technology to enhance your team’s efficiency and overall quality of service.

Client Communication: Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.

Prioritize and Develop: Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for successful development.

About You What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in complex commercial claims, especially commercial auto / transportation
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience handling claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 12+ years of related claims experience, including complex commercial claims
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certifications in all states handled

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree
