Customer Service AI Trainer – Speech-to-Speech Agents

Experience: 2+ years of professional customer service experience and 1+ year of AI training experience required

Role Overview

We’re seeking experienced customer service professionals to help create and review conversational data for training speech-to-speech AI agents. You’ll participate in natural, human-enacted conversations that reflect realistic customer support situations, such as inquiries, troubleshooting, account questions, complaints, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in natural customer service conversations as a customer and/or representative.
• Simulate realistic support interactions and workflows.
• Follow provided scenarios, conversation guidelines, and project instructions.
• Maintain natural pacing, tone, pronunciation, and conversational flow.
• Ensure recordings sound authentic and conversational rather than read or scripted.
• Review assigned work and make corrections based on quality feedback when required.

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of AI training experience.
• Very strong spoken English with natural US English accent and usage.
• Strong customer communication, listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience resolving issues and complaints and handling varied customer situations professionally.
• Ability to communicate naturally and conversationally.

Preferred Experience

• Call center or contact center operations.
• Customer support, customer success, or client services.
• Technical support or help desk operations.
• CRM-based customer support workflows.
• AI training or conversational AI projects.
• Speech or audio-related work.
