Civil Litigation Attorney – AI Consulting

We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with 15 lawyers with experience in civil litigation. This is part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research at top US AI labs. Projects start at $150–200 USD / hour, with higher rates for very well credentialed lawyers.

This role includes designing real world legal scenarios that challenge leading AI models, evaluating whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained lawyer.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a practicing US attorney with 3+ years of recent or current experience in civil litigation.

Ideal backgrounds include

• Commercial litigators who have handled contract, business tort, partnership, or shareholder disputes
• Trial lawyers who have taken cases through dispositive motions, trial, or arbitration hearings, on either the plaintiff or defense side
• Attorneys with class action, mass tort, or complex multi-party litigation experience
• Appellate lawyers who have briefed and argued cases in state or federal appellate courts
• Former federal or state court law clerks with substantive civil docket experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and writing skills
• Based in the United States
• JD from a reputable law school and currently practicing
• 3+ years of recent experience in civil litigation
