My Wellness Community (MWC) is building a scalable international wellness affiliate business. We seek a commercially minded professional who can guide us in selecting profitable affiliate offers, developing advertising strategies, testing creatives, choosing acquisition channels and building a measurable, conversion-oriented business.

This is primarily a mentorship, strategic guidance and operational-support role—not a conventional execution position. MWC will undertake the actual operations. You will teach, guide, review our implementation, analyze results and recommend corrective actions to improve conversions and profitability.

A VERY LOW INITIAL MONTHLY PAYOUT of INR 10,000–15,000 is a fundamental condition during MWC’s early validation stage. Performance/growth-linked compensation may be added as the business grows, subject to mutually agreed terms.

We welcome professionals with 3–5 years of relevant experience , as well as more experienced consultants, freelancers and independent practitioners. Practical expertise, demonstrable results, willingness to teach and commercial thinking matter more than seniority or reputation.

This is a long-term growth-partner opportunity. The initial payout is not intended to remain low indefinitely, although future increases will depend on business growth, contribution and mutually agreed arrangements.

🎯 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need an Affiliate Marketing Mentor who can teach us how to build, operate and scale a profitable affiliate marketing business .

The ideal candidate combines affiliate marketing, performance marketing, direct-response advertising, advertising strategy, creative testing, channel selection, conversion optimization and campaign analytics.

Experience in AI-generated content, AI-avatar videos, short-form video creation and editing is a valuable advantage.

You will NOT be expected to execute every task personally. You must explain what to do, why, how to implement it, how to measure results and what to change when performance is unsatisfactory.

Our objective is to build our own execution capability under your practical guidance.

🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AFFILIATE OFFER EVALUATION & SELECTION

Guide us in evaluating offers based on product quality, demand, customer intent, commissions, EPC, conversion rates, average order value, recurring commissions, refund risks, competition, traffic restrictions, break-even acquisition cost and profit potential. Help identify the best offer–audience–message–channel combinations.

2. ADVERTISING STRATEGY & DIRECT-RESPONSE CREATIVES

Teach us to develop conversion-focused advertising based on customer research, including pain-point, problem/solution, curiosity, benefit-driven, educational, comparison, myth/fact, buying-guide, objection-handling, story-based and offer-driven angles.

Guide the development of hooks, headlines, copy, CTAs, static ads, carousels, short-form videos, Reels/Shorts, advertorials and landing-page messaging. Explain which angle suits which audience and purchase-intent stage.

3. CREATIVE TESTING & OPTIMIZATION

Help us test hooks, headlines, opening frames, images, videos, copy, offers, audiences, CTAs, landing-page messages, formats and channels.

TEST → MEASURE → IDENTIFY WINNERS → IMPROVE → RETEST → SCALE.

We need a data-led testing framework, not speculation. Review our findings and recommend the next experiments.

4. CONVERSION GROWTH & FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION

Guide us through the complete funnel:

Impression → Click → Landing Page → Affiliate Click → Purchase → Commission → Profit.

Help diagnose low CTR, high CPC/CPM/CAC, weak messaging, poor targeting, low conversion rates, low EPC, creative fatigue, landing-page problems and unprofitable acquisition. Identify funnel leaks and recommend actionable solutions.

5. PAID MEDIA, NATIVE ADS, PR/NEWS & CHANNEL SELECTION

Guide us in choosing suitable acquisition and promotional channels for each offer, audience and objective.

Potential channels include:
