Employment & Labor Attorney – AI Consulting

We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with 15 lawyers with experience in employment or labor law. This is part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research at top US AI labs. Projects start at $150–200 USD / hour, with higher rates for very well credentialed lawyers.

This role includes designing real world legal scenarios that challenge leading AI models, evaluating whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained lawyer.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a practicing US attorney with 3+ years of recent or current experience in employment or labor law.

Ideal backgrounds include

• Employment litigators who have handled discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wrongful termination claims, on either the employer or employee side
• Attorneys with wage-and-hour experience, including FLSA and state law class and collective actions
• Counselors who advise employers on policies, terminations, leave, accommodations, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations
• Traditional labor lawyers with experience in NLRA matters, collective bargaining, union campaigns, or labor arbitration
• Attorneys at the EEOC, NLRB, Department of Labor, or state agencies with enforcement or adjudication experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and writing skills
• Based in the United States
• JD from a reputable law school and currently practicing
• 3+ years of recent experience in employment or labor law
