Role Description: The AI Video Creator is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for producing engaging educational video content that leverages AI tools and technologies. In this role, you will plan, script, and storyboard videos in collaboration with educators and subject specialists, ensuring content aligns with Trinity Learning’s academic and pedagogical standards. You will handle end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production, while optimising content for various digital platforms. The role involves experimenting with AI-assisted workflows (such as AI-generated visuals, voice-overs, or editing tools) to improve efficiency and creativity. You will also maintain a high standard of visual consistency, manage media assets, and collaborate closely with the wider academic and marketing teams to support new and existing learning programs.

Qualifications

• Strong video creation abilities, including experience in Video Production and Multimedia for educational or digital content.
• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Skill in Motion Graphics and integrating graphic elements into video content to enhance learning and engagement.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for video creation, such as AI-assisted editing, script generation, or visual asset creation.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design tailored to online learning audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, follow brand and pedagogical guidelines, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in educational, e-learning, or edtech content creation is highly beneficial; familiarity with UK or international curricula is a plus.
