About the Role

Responsibilities

• Visual Asset Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual materials across print and digital platforms, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, presentation decks, and marketing collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Enforce and maintain brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints, ensuring visual identity alignment across all deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, communications, and strategy teams to translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling visual designs.
• Production & Asset Management: Prepare, export, and optimize files for web and print specifications. Maintain an organized digital asset library containing working files, final exports, and brand assets.
• Quality Control: Perform detailed quality checks on all visual assets to guarantee pixel-perfect execution, proper formatting, and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing or animation software. Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Creativity: Ability to come up with fresh and engaging ideas for visual content.
• Attention to Detail: A careful approach to ensure accuracy and consistency in all designs.
• Communication: Able to work well with others and clearly communicate design ideas.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
