About the Role

Own full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML and Gen AI roles, partnering with engineering and data science leaders to hire ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and LLM/NLP specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hiring for AI/ML & Gen AI roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define JDs and sourcing strategy for niche technical roles.
• Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AI/ML communities, referrals, and niche job boards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline; track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends and compensation benchmarks; represent employer brand at AI/ML events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years in technical TA, with 1-2+ years hiring for AI/ML, Data Science, or Gen AI roles.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML/Gen AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, CV, MLOps, RAG) to evaluate candidate profiles credibly.
• Proven record closing niche and senior technical roles within competitive timelines.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, ATS tools, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (MBA/PGDM in HR a plus); AI startup or CoE hiring experience preferred.
