We’re working with a fast-growing, profitable software company on a mission to modernise how private markets firms run.

Bootstrapped and growing fast, with teams across the UK and US, they’re entering their next phase.

They’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the roadmap, build out the product team and shape how AI and agentic technology transform customer workflows 🚀

What you’ll do

• Own the roadmap: run prioritisation, sequencing and roadmap execution across both products, agreeing direction with the CEO and the commercial and customer success leaders.
• Lead and grow the team: manage and develop Product Managers, and give direction to a wider team of Product Analysts.
• Raise the bar on craft: own UI/UX, usability and product quality, with product design thinking built into discovery and delivery.
• Build the operating model: set up discovery, scoping and stakeholder communication that scale as the company grows.
• Ship with engineering: partner on scope, feasibility and delivery, and handle customer requests with clear trade-offs and sensible product boundaries.
• Lead on AI: find where AI and agentic technology can transform customer workflows, take the best ideas from prototype to adoption, and make the product function AI-native.

What we’re looking for

• Product leadership experience in complex B2B enterprise software, with a track record of leading and developing Product Managers.
• Strong customer presence and commercial judgement: you can present product vision credibly to senior stakeholders in sophisticated enterprise organisations, and connect product decisions to customer value, revenue and retention.
• Private markets, asset management or investment tech experience is a big plus. They’ll also talk to exceptional people from fintech, capital markets tech, legal tech, regtech and other complex, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS.
• A product-led, tech-first background, with the technical credibility to earn the respect of engineers and stay hands-on with difficult product problems.
• Shipped AI-enabled capabilities to real customers, and AI-native in how you work yourself. You want to rethink workflows, not just add AI features to them.
