About the Job

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Slack Developer who writes code, builds custom apps, and works directly with APIs rather than just managing platform settings.

In this role, you will solve complex technical challenges for enterprise clients across diverse environments. Instead of maintaining a single company’s day-to-day setup, you will design custom bots, lead large-scale Enterprise Grid migrations, and build critical integrations that drive enterprise collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Build custom Slack apps, bots, and automated workflows using code (Node.js, Python, Slack Bolt, Block Kit).
• Enterprise Migrations: Manage workspace consolidations and migrations to Slack Enterprise Grid.
• Integrations: Connect Slack with Salesforce and other enterprise systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Client Delivery: Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on programming experience building production apps and integrations (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.).
• Deep technical knowledge of Slack Developer APIs (Web, Events, Socket mode, Bolt framework).
• Proven experience with Slack Enterprise Grid migrations and environment consolidations.
• Hands-on experience integrating Slack with Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
• Prior consulting or multi-client project experience is a plus.
