Job Description
We are supporting a growing, womenswear brand with their search for a talented Store Manager to join them as they launch their brand new London store.
Our client is looking for a passionate Store Manager who can lead from the shopfloor and develop incredible customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Great leadership skills, and the genuine desire to support and inspire your team.
- Business minded with the hunger and enthusiasm to drive the store forward.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and make decisions.
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills.
- A positive attitude and not afraid of a challenge.
