About Position We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with exposure to Generative AI technologies. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems and integrating Gen AI capabilities to drive intelligent automation and digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for enterprise-grade applications
• Integrate Gen AI / AI/ML services such as LLM APIs, prompt-based workflows, and inference engines
• Work on data processing pipelines and backend services supporting AI workloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Product)
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security

Expertise You’ll Bring Strong experience in:

• Java (8/11/17)
• Spring Boot & Microservices
• Experience building REST APIs and backend systems
• Hands-on with databases:
• SQL: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle
• NoSQL: MongoDB
• Understanding of distributed systems & scalable architecture

Exposure To

• LLMs / Generative AI / Prompt Engineering
• OpenAI / LangChain / AI APIs integration
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts

Experience With

• Kafka / RabbitMQ (Event-driven architecture)
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
