About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Healthcare or Insurance domain implementations and be capable of delivering scalable enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Perform data modeling and process modeling aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries Cloud (Health Cloud/FSC).
• Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domain is mandatory.
• Proven experience in enterprise CRM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
• Health Cloud Consultant or Insurance Cloud Certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. ‘
