Treasury Manager – Cash, FX & Collateral | London

I’m working with a specialist financial services/FinTech firm providing outsourced treasury services to hedge funds and institutional asset managers.

This is a London based role where team operates as an outsourced buy-side treasury desk , managing clients’ day-to-day treasury requirements across cash, funding, FX execution, margin and collateral.

We’re looking for someone with strong margin and collateral management experience , combined with experience across cash management, funding and FX/dealing .

💷 Base salary £100k + bonus

The role will cover:

• Cash and liquidity management across multiple currencies

• Managing client funding requirements and cash balances

• FX execution, including FX swaps

• Bilateral and cleared margin/collateral management

• Initial and variation margin (IM/VM)

• SIMM validation and segregated IM

• Margin disputes and counterparty interaction

• Liaising with fund accountants and middle-office teams on cash, position and valuation breaks

• Exposure to Fixed Income, repo and broader treasury activity

• Improving and automating treasury processes

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience within Treasury, Treasury Dealing, Margin/Collateral or a closely related markets function

• Strong hands-on margin and collateral experience

• Hands-on experience across cash management, liquidity and funding

• Exposure to FX and treasury execution/dealing

• Good understanding of Fixed Income and financial markets

• Experience within an asset manager, hedge fund or bank treasury environment would be particularly relevant

• TriResolve and/or Acadia experience beneficial

• SQL/Python exposure advantageous

• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and counterparties

This isn’t a pure operations or collateral-processing role. We’re looking for someone who understands the broader treasury lifecycle – cash, funding, FX execution, margin and collateral – and wants to work in a broad, client-facing environment.
