We’re on the hunt for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join a growing team that’s passionate about performance, collaboration and delivering brilliant results for some exciting consumer brands.

🎯 What you’ll be getting stuck into

• Building and delivering paid media strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Working with a portfolio of Retail & Ecommerce clients.
• Managing campaigns from strategy through to optimisation and reporting.
• Identifying new opportunities to improve performance and maximise ROI.
• Testing, learning and scaling campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Building trusted client relationships and confidently presenting campaign performance.
• Collaborating with a talented team who genuinely enjoy what they do.

✅ What we’re looking for

• 4+ years’ experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience working with Retail or Ecommerce clients (agency experience is a big plus).
• Confidence analysing data and turning insights into action.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to continuously improve performance.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
