Salesforce Full Stack Developer

**Freelance Fully Remote Full-time Initial contract until 31st December 2026 November start Outside IR35**

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce CRM Developer (Full-Stack) to support a CRM team in developing, enhancing and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions.

You’ll take ownership of technical development across the Salesforce platform, delivering robust CRM functionality, integrations and custom solutions while providing technical guidance and consultation to the client.

This is a hands-on development role for someone with strong Salesforce expertise, who can independently manage complex technical requirements, solve problems proactively and deliver high-quality solutions within an established CRM environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing, enhancing and maintaining Salesforce CRM solutions to support business requirements
• Building custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows
• Developing and maintaining API integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Writing and optimising SOQL queries to support efficient data access and application performance
• Designing and implementing scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce architecture and development best practices
• Taking ownership of technical topics, from requirements analysis through to implementation and delivery
• Providing technical consultation and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing reliable, maintainable solutions
• Ensuring high standards of code quality, testing and technical documentation
• Supporting successful deployments and ongoing platform improvements
• Collaborating with the wider CRM team to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally within complex CRM environments
• Advanced development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and Salesforce Flows
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, customisation and development best practices
• Proven experience developing and integrating Salesforce APIs with external applications and services
• Experience designing and delivering robust, scalable Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of testing, code quality and deployment processes
