AI Full Stack Developer

**Freelance Fully Remote Full-time 2-week contract Immediate start**

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong back-end expertise to support an innovative project focused on AI-powered media tools, automated workflows and video processing.

You’ll take ownership of developing and integrating API-driven applications, combining responsive front-end experiences with robust back-end systems that automate AI-generated content, video production and digital delivery.

This is a hands-on development role for someone with strong API integration experience, who can independently build scalable applications, manage complex asynchronous workflows and work with emerging AI media technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing responsive, mobile-first applications using React or Next.js, optimised for iPad kiosk experiences
• Building robust back-end services using Node.js or Python
• Developing and managing webhooks, job queues and asynchronous workflows
• Integrating AI platforms including Anthropic (Claude), Runway and ElevenLabs through APIs
• Managing structured JSON outputs and automated data processing
• Implementing cloud storage solutions such as AWS S3 and databases including Postgres, Supabase or Airtable
• Building automated video processing workflows using FFmpeg for video stitching, audio replacement and text overlays
• Integrating image quality checks using AWS Rekognition or MediaPipe
• Developing automated email and SMS delivery workflows linking users to hosted video content
• Ensuring secure data handling and compliance with GDPR and biometric privacy requirements
• Testing, troubleshooting and optimising integrations to ensure reliable performance

What you’ll bring:

• Strong full-stack development experience, with particular expertise in back-end development and API-driven applications
• Proficiency in React or Next.js alongside Node.js or Python
• Proven experience building API integrations, webhooks and asynchronous processing workflows
• Experience working with AI APIs, ideally including Claude, Runway or ElevenLabs
• Strong understanding of structured JSON data and automated workflows
• Experience with cloud storage and databases such as AWS S3, Postgres, Supabase or Airtable
• Knowledge of video processing technologies, particularly FFmpeg
• Familiarity with image recognition and quality-checking tools such as AWS Rekognition or MediaPipe
• Understanding of secure data management, GDPR and biometric privacy considerations
• Experience developing responsive applications for mobile and tablet devices
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex integrations and deliver within tight project timelines
• Ideally, experience with lip-sync tools such as HeyGen or Sync Labs, live event activations, kiosk applications or prompt testing and quality control workflows
