Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, account concerns, orders, or service requests.

Resolve customer issues professionally and follow client procedures.

Accurately document customer interactions.

Protect confidential customer and company information.

Meet client standards for quality, attendance, productivity, and schedule adherence.

Complete required certification and attend scheduled coaching sessions and meetings.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a quiet home environment.

Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Customer service or call center experience preferred.

Equipment Requirements

Compatible desktop or laptop that meets client specifications.

Reliable, hard-wired high-speed internet.

Compatible headset.

Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a desk and chair.

Additional equipment may be required by the assigned client.

Schedule and Compensation

Select available service intervals based on client needs and scheduling requirements.

Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Compensation varies by client opportunity; rates and any applicable incentives are provided before enrollment.

Full attendance during required certification is expected.
