Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant – Housecall Pro (HVAC)

About the role

Talentige is hiring a remote Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant with Housecall Pro experience to support a busy US-based HVAC company. You’ll be the friendly voice customers hear first, keep the technicians’ schedule organized, and turn calls and leads into booked jobs. This is a full-time, long-term, fully remote position.

Your responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and web leads and schedule service appointments

• Set up and manage customers, jobs, and the dispatch board in Housecall Pro

• Dispatch technicians and keep customers updated on arrival windows

• Escalate urgent and emergency AC calls to the on-call technician

• Follow up on open estimates and outstanding invoices

• Schedule maintenance tune-ups and support recurring maintenance-plan customers

• Request reviews from satisfied customers

• Keep customer records, notes, and job statuses accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on Housecall Pro experience (required): booking, dispatching, estimates, and invoicing

• Fluent, clear spoken English and confidence speaking with US homeowners by phone

• Availability during US Eastern Time business hours

• Reliable high-speed internet plus a backup connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset

• Excellent organization and a calm, professional attitude under pressure

Nice to have

• HVAC or other home-services background

• Experience with ServiceTitan or Jobber

• Sales or appointment-setting experience

• Prior US customer support experience in a call center or BPO

Compensation: 1,300 USD per month, full-time
