Product Owner Location: Hybrid (Onsite for the first 90 days, then in-office Tuesday through Thursday) Job Type: Full-Time. • 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience
• Strong background within the insurance industry
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Expertise managing and prioritizing Agile product backlogs
• Experience leading sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable user stories
• Experience working closely with software development teams Desired Skills & Experience
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or related Agile credentials

• Familiarity with insurance policy administration platforms
