Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant to transform concepts into functional, aesthetically appealing, and sustainable building designs. This role is ideal for a design-driven professional who combines architectural creativity, technical expertise, and client-focused thinking to deliver innovative solutions that meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and modern design expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, building layouts, space planning, and design proposals.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Consult with clients to understand project objectives, design preferences, budgets, and functional needs.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, project managers, and relevant authorities throughout project development.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, planning regulations, accessibility requirements, and safety standards.
• Review design progress, resolve technical challenges, and recommend improvements in functionality, sustainability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Building Design, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural design, building consultancy, or construction project development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design and visualization software.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, design principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent creativity, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong eye for detail and design quality.
