Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions to extract data from AutoCAD drawings and PDF, SOW documents
- Build pipelines to convert drawings + text structured BoQ
- Work on tendering workflows including Bidding, SOW, and BoQ generation
- Implement OCR, computer vision, and NLP models for diagram + text understanding
- Design systems to handle large documents (300+ pages, mixed content)
- Optimize token usage and AI processing cost
- Integrate AI modules with backend (Python) and frontend (React / Next.js)
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python, AI/ML, LLMs, document AI, and data extraction
- Experience working with AutoCAD files/drawings
- Proven ability to extract information from diagrams and text
- Experience in 2-3 AI/ML projects
- Familiarity with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, and token optimization techniques
Good to Have
- Experience in construction/tendering domain (BoQ, SOW, bidding)
- Knowledge of computer vision for engineering drawings
