What you’ll do

• Create realistic review scenarios from commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs and DPAs

• Review the AI’s proposed redlines against established playbooks and company policy positions

• Write the expert revisions and clear explanations that support each contract change

• Explain where the AI missed a key risk or negotiation priority, including issues involving liability and indemnification

Who this is for

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction

• At least four years of transactional practice in a law firm or in-house setting, including hands-on drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
