What you’ll do

• Assess SaaS revenue operations cases that test how policy conflicts and compliance constraints are handled

• Review CRM data models and workflow designs, weighing tradeoffs around approvals, access controls and auditability

• Find problems in revenue data, from duplicate records to broken lifecycle states and inconsistent metrics

• Explain sound operational decisions, root causes and uncertainty clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Who this is for

• Bring hands-on SaaS revenue, sales, customer success or implementation operations experience totaling at least four years

• Have direct responsibility for configuring Salesforce, HubSpot or another comparable CRM, covering fields, workflows, automation or validation rules

• Experience using at least two connected tools, including billing, CPQ, ticketing or project-tracking systems

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $50–$100 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
