We’re looking for a talented Midweight Designer to join a fast-growing creative and social agency known for producing award-winning work for major consumer brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with 4+ years’ experience who combines strong design fundamentals with an exceptional understanding of social-first creative. You’ll be passionate about creating engaging content across digital, social, branding and campaign work, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative flair and strategic thinking.

The Role

As part of a collaborative creative team, you’ll work closely with strategists, account teams and creative leads to develop standout work across a range of channels and formats.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Creating visually compelling static and motion-led social assets.
• Applying strong typography, layout, branding and visual identity principles across campaigns.
• Developing social templates and collaborative design systems within Figma.
• Producing high-quality creative across presentations, digital campaigns, social content and occasional print projects.
• Editing short-form video content using tools such as Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Staying ahead of social trends, platform developments and emerging creative formats.
• Contributing creative ideas and visual concepts from brief through to execution.

About You

• 4+ years’ graphic design experience within an agency, brand or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative alongside broader design work.
• Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable working within collaborative design workflows.
• Experience creating motion graphics and short-form video content.
• Excellent understanding of platform best practices, social formats and audience engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curious, culturally aware and passionate about design, creativity and social media.
