We are looking for a a disciplined, detail-oriented Social Media Production Assistant to power our weekly content creation engine. In this role, you will take weekly long-form podcast recordings and transform them into short-form video clips ( Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn ), branded Canva graphics, SEO-friendly show notes, and scheduled social posts.

Working directly alongside our Marketing Coordinator and Events Coordinator, you will leverage AI utilities to streamline transcription, drafting, and video captioning while maintaining strict quality control over real estate figures, claims, timestamps, and brand templates.

Responsibilities:

• Turn weekly podcast episodes into short-form video clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including captions, basic audio cleanup, and branded templates.
• Draft podcast titles, descriptions, timestamps, and show notes using AI tools and approved templates.
• Create quote cards, carousels, and text-on-screen videos using Canva and CapCut templates.
• Schedule and publish approved content through Hootsuite according to the content calendar.
• Verify captions, links, timestamps, figures, and tracking parameters before publishing.
• Use AI tools to speed up production while checking all outputs for accuracy.
• Organize raw footage, finished content, and templates in the shared drive.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and video editor to meet deadlines and flag issues early.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience editing short-form videos from long-form footage, with samples available.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficiency in Canva for template-based graphics.
• Experience scheduling social media posts using Hootsuite.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for transcription, content drafting, captioning, or clip selection.
• Ability to review AI-generated content, follow checklists, and flag issues instead of guessing.
