We’re working with a fast-growing, social-first creative agency that creates culturally relevant content for some of the UK’s leading consumer brands.

The agency specialises in social-first campaigns that are built for platforms, not adapted to them. Combining strategy, creative and production, they deliver content that drives engagement, builds communities and performs across social channels. Their client portfolio spans retail, food & drink, entertainment and lifestyle brands, with a strong reputation for delivering high-impact social campaigns.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager to join a growing agency at an exciting stage of its journey.

Sitting at the centre of client relationships and project delivery, you’ll work closely with strategy, creative and production teams to ensure campaigns and always-on content programmes run smoothly from briefing through to execution.

You’ll be responsible for building strong client partnerships, managing day-to-day account activity and identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts.
• Lead regular client meetings, calls and presentations.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative and strategy teams.
• Oversee project timelines, workflows and content delivery schedules.
• Manage stakeholder feedback, approvals and amends processes.
• Support the delivery of integrated social campaigns and always-on content.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase scope of work.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and production teams to ensure excellence in delivery.

About You

• 2-4 years’ experience within a social, digital or integrated marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content-led campaigns.
• Confident managing client relationships and key stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile agency environment.
