Role Overview
Pronix.ai is seeking experienced Enterprise Sales Executives to drive end-to-end enterprise sales for our AI/CX Solutions and Services in the US market, from prospecting and executive client engagement to solutions discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle , from lead generation and prospecting to customer acquisition and deal closure.
- Identify, prospect, and engage US enterprise decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CX Leaders, Contact Center Executives, and IT Directors.
- Schedule and lead executive client sales meetings , build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify strategic business opportunities.
- Conduct solutions discovery meetings to understand customer challenges, business requirements, technology environments, and AI/CX transformation priorities.
- Coordinate and deliver solution presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) discussions in collaboration with solution architects and technical teams.
- Position Pronix.ai’s Agentic AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, CCaaS, Contact Center Modernization, and CX Transformation solutions and services.
- Manage proposals, RFPs, pricing discussions, SOW development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
