Purchasing Assistant – Food & Beverage Industry

A well-established company engaged in the restaurant business, with reputable casual dining brands, is looking for a qualified and experienced Purchasing Associate to join its growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the restaurant or Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing food products, restaurant supplies, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
• Proven experience in coordinating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site along East Service Road, Taguig City.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate closely with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, pricing, product availability, and order status.
• Build, maintain, and evaluate supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
• Compare quotations and negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and supply agreements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the Warehouse and Operations teams.
• Resolve supplier-related concerns, including delivery delays, product discrepancies, and quality issues.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procurement procedures.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
