Fashion Designer/Clothing Detail Analysis Team Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer / Clothing Detail Analysis Team Leader to drive innovative apparel design while overseeing garment analysis, quality standards, and product development. This role is ideal for a fashion professional who combines creative vision with technical expertise to transform design concepts into high-quality, market-ready collections and lead teams toward product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original fashion concepts, sketches, color palettes, and apparel collections aligned with market trends.
• Analyze garment construction, fabrics, stitching, trims, measurements, and finishing details.
• Oversee sample reviews, fit assessments, technical specifications, and product quality evaluations.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Lead and mentor team members while improving workflow efficiency and design consistency.
• Monitor fashion trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to identify new design opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fashion design, garment analysis, apparel development, or clothing quality management.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, pattern making, fit evaluation, and finishing techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and technical documentation is an advantage.
• Excellent creativity, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
