Job Description
Role purpose
- Build robotics and physical-AI capabilities that connect perception, planning, control, simulation, and
- deployment for industrial autonomous systems.
- Key responsibilities
- Develop robot models, kinematics, control interfaces, perception integration, and simulated
- workflows.
- Integrate simulation with ROS2, sensors, actuators, robotic arms, mobile robots, or industrial
- equipment.
- Implement and evaluate navigation, manipulation, perception, or reinforcement-learning
- workflows.
- Move use cases from simulation to hardware while identifying and reducing sim-to-real gaps.
- Instrument experiments and analyze safety, performance, and failure modes.
Required experience and skills
- Robotics software engineering with Python/C++.
- ROS/ROS2, kinematics, transforms, control, perception, and debugging.
- Hands-on simulation and hardware integration experience.
Preferred experience
- Isaac Sim/Lab, Omniverse, Jetson, MoveIt, Nav2, reinforcement learning, PLC/MES integration, or
- autonomous vehicles.
