About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist with writing captions, posts, blogs and other digital content.
• Prepare simple graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva.
• Maintain social media calendars and ensure content is published on schedule.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments and messages.
• Research social media trends, relevant topics and competitor activity.
• Track basic performance metrics and help identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Work with the wider team to support digital marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• An interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Familiarity with Canva or social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience is beneficial, but transferable skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
