About the Role

We are hiring experienced Medical Scribes for an AI-assisted clinical documentation process.

The role involves reviewing and preparing AI-generated clinical notes and making necessary updates based on physician instructions, established workflows, templates, macros, and individual provider preferences.

This is a non-voice documentation role and requires strong medical scribing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and apply provider instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare AI-generated clinical notes

• Update medications, laboratory results, assessments, diagnoses, and other clinical information based on physician instructions

• Apply provider-specific templates, macros, and documentation preferences

• Review and reconcile information across different sections of the clinical note

• Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and make appropriate corrections

• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation

• Learn and adapt to the workflows and preferences of different providers

• Work within different EHRs and AI documentation platforms as required

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of medical scribing experience in the US healthcare process

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medications, laboratory results, diagnoses, and clinical documentation

• Prior experience working with EHRs

• Strong comprehension and attention to detail

• Ability to understand and accurately implement physician instructions

• Ability to apply instructions contextually rather than mechanically

• Excellent written English and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and turnaround times

• Patience and consistency when working with detailed clinical information

• Flexibility to work day or night shifts depending on the schedule and preferences of the assigned provider

Work Environment

• 100% remote

• Full-time position

• Shift timings will depend on the requirements and schedule of the assigned provider

• Candidates must be open to working night shifts where required
