Title: Supply Chain Specialist, Commercial Pharma & AI Enablement

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a technology-oriented Supply Chain Management Specialist with a strong continuous improvement mindset and experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts, vendor management, or finance operations. The ideal candidate is interested in AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual workflows through AI, automation, and digital solutions.
  • Support supply chain operations, demand and supply planning, forecasting, and ERP-enabled business processes.
  • Manage procurement, sourcing, vendor relationships, and contract-related activities as needed.
  • Analyze budgets, costs, financial data, and operational performance to identify savings opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives across business functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams across US and European time zones.

Qualifications

  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Management, or Finance Operations .
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and technology-enabled process improvement .
  • Experience using ERP systems, digital tools, AI tools, or automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement skills.
  • Experience with forecasting, cost optimization, financial analysis, vendor negotiations, or contract management is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Legal or contract-related experience is a plus.

Compensation

  • $45–$48/hour (W-2)
  • Final compensation within the posted range will depend on qualifications, experience, and interview outcomes.
