AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that drive business innovation. The ideal candidate will work on machine learning models, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI technologies to solve complex problems. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to implement scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for various business use cases.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets for model training.
• Develop end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques to solve business challenges.
• Monitor deployed AI systems and ensure their performance, fairness, and reliability over time.
• Document models, methodologies, and code to maintain reproducibility and compliance.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for automated deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI models.
• Publications or contributions to AI research or open-source projects.
