Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced full-stack development manager with strong US healthcare provider domain expertise to lead distributed engineering teams building provider networks, credentialing, and directory applications. Must have hands-on expertise in .NET/C#, React/Angular, AWS, microservices, and healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI).
Key responsibilities include technical architecture, full-stack development, Agile delivery, client engagement, team leadership, CI/CD, and production support. Must demonstrate AI-assisted engineering experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor, with practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI-driven automation.
Must-Have Skills:
- 12–15 years of software engineering with 4+ years in leadership/management.
- .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, React/Angular.
- AWS, microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
- US healthcare provider domain: credentialing, provider networks, or provider directories.
- HL7, FHIR R4, X12 EDI.
- Onshore/offshore team management and client-facing delivery.
- AI-assisted development and AI/LLM integration patterns.
