As we grow our presence in the US, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage daily customer inquiries and support our growing e-commerce operations. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth shopping experience from purchase to delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, website chat, and social media.
• Manage customer service requests, including order updates, shipping questions, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Monitor Shopify orders and assist with order-related issues.
• Coordinate with our fulfillment partner (3PL) to resolve shipping delays, missing packages, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
• Assist with customer feedback, product questions, and sizing recommendations.
• Help improve customer service processes as the brand grows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Previous customer service or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems.
• Friendly, professional, and patient when communicating with customers.
• Interest in fashion, streetwear, and contemporary culture.
• Vietnamese language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
