About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director of Brand Operations to join Jumeirah .

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Champion the delivery of a consistently exceptional guest experience, ensuring every visit reflects the promise and positioning of the brand
• Translate concept into reality, bringing together service, atmosphere and detail to create cohesive and memorable experiences across multiple venues
• Lead openings and relaunches with confidence, ensuring each concept is operationally ready, credible and aligned from day one
• Safeguard the integrity of the brand through standards, presentation and attention to detail, ensuring consistency without compromising individuality
• Work closely with restaurant teams to embed excellence into daily operations, where experience and commercial performance move in sync
• Continuously refine and elevate the guest journey, creating environments that encourage return, loyalty and lasting impression

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in luxury restaurant or hotel operations, guest experience or brand operations
• Minimum 2–3 years managing standards or openings across multi-outlet environments
• Proven experience in pre-openings, concept rollouts or brand implementation
• Strong operational understanding across different restaurant concepts and formats
• Detail-driven with a passion for delivering consistent luxury experiences at scale
