In-house Transfer Pricing Manager

JSS are hiring for a Transfer Pricing Manager for a leading services business based in Central London (supporting flexible working).

This is a permanent full-time role paying circa £70k-£85k plus bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the Group’s international transfer pricing framework, ensuring policies reflect the organisation’s business structure, commercial activities and applicable global tax standards.
• Take responsibility for developing, preparing and updating transfer pricing documentation, including the Master File, Local Files and relevant supporting evidence and analysis.
• Manage the coordination of transfer pricing compliance obligations across overseas operations, liaising with regional Finance teams and external tax specialists as necessary.
• Assess intercompany transactions and support the establishment and application of appropriate arrangements covering management fees, service charges, cost-sharing mechanisms and other international dealings.
• Evaluate the financial impact of existing transfer pricing methodologies, investigating variances and recommending revisions or additional analysis where appropriate.
• Advise on the transfer pricing implications of business developments, such as entity incorporations, organisational changes, revised operating structures and new cross-border activities.
• Assist with the management of tax authority enquiries, information requests, examinations and audits relating to transfer pricing matters.
• Keep abreast of changes to OECD standards and domestic transfer pricing rules, evaluating potential impacts on the Group’s policies, processes and compliance obligations.

A great opportunity for a transfer pricing specialist at either assistant manager or manager grade working in large practice who is looking to move in-house; But equally a good role for someone interested in specializing more in transfer pricing or wanting a role with a greater advisory / commercial element.
