Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Salesforce AI Developer with strong Salesforce engineering experience and hands-on expertise building AI and agentic solutions using Agentforce, AIforce/SIforce, Headless 360, MCP, Apex, Flow, LWC, and Salesforce APIs .

The role will focus on building secure, scalable Salesforce AI capabilities, headless integrations, and agent-driven workflows across enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI and agentic solutions using Agentforce, AIforce/SIforce, Headless 360, and Generative AI .
• Develop and integrate Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers, MCP tools, Apex services, Flows, and APIs .
• Enable secure headless access to Salesforce data and business actions for AI agents and external platforms.
• Build Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration workflows .
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, Platform Events, and REST APIs .
• Integrate Salesforce with LLMs, middleware, enterprise applications, and external APIs.
• Implement OAuth, permissions, sharing, API security, grounding, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls .
• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, observability, and production readiness.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience .
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce AI or Generative AI development experience .
• Strong experience with Agentforce, AIforce/SIforce, Headless 360, and Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers .
• Hands-on experience developing or consuming MCP servers and tools .
• Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and asynchronous processing .
• Experience with OAuth, Connected/External Client Apps, Salesforce security, permissions, and sharing models .
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, grounding, tool calling, and agentic workflows .
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, middleware, and AI platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building custom MCP tools using Apex and Flow .
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, or event-driven architectures .
• Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows involving recommendations, approvals, and next-best actions.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Agentforce/AI certifications .
