Role Description Own the design and operation of the enterprise Agentic AI platform including orchestration intent routing memory security observability and integration layers ensuring reliable and scalable AI agent experiences for store associates and business users

Job Summary Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to design and develop advanced Agentic AI solutions within the Blueverse GenAI Agentic AI Platform domain

Job Description

• Design develop and optimize orchestration and multiagent systems for enterprise AI applications.
• Utilize the Agentic Framework to build scalable and reliable AI agent workflows.
• Leverage Databricks for data engineering processing and analytics to support AI model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI agents with existing enterprise platforms and workflows.
• Ensure high-quality AI agent performance through continuous monitoring evaluation and improvement Stay updated with the latest advancements in Agentic AI and orchestration technologies within the Blueverse ecosystem

Roles And Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multiagent orchestration frameworks that enable complex AI workflows
• Develop and maintain AI agents using the Agentic Framework to support business use cases
• Build and optimize data pipelines and AI models on Databricks to enhance agent capabilities
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow
• Implement observability tracing and performance monitoring solutions to maintain AI system reliability
• Collaborate with product managers data engineers AI architects and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals
• Drive innovation by researching and applying emerging techniques in Agentic AI and orchestration

Other Details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
