Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Job description

XtendWorks connects U.S. and Canadian companies with skilled remote professionals worldwide — your team, extended. We’re hiring a Graphic & UI/UX Designer to create brand, marketing, and product design work for our U.S.-based clients. You’ll move between graphic design and interface design — brand collateral one day, app screens the next — turning briefs and wireframes into polished, on-brand visuals. This is a full-time, fully remote role paid a fixed monthly fee.

What you’ll do

• Design marketing and brand collateral — social graphics, decks, ads, one-pagers, email
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile apps in Figma
• Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guides
• Translate requirements, wireframes, and sketches into polished, responsive layouts
• Create visual assets — icons, illustrations, and graphics
• Collaborate with U.S.-based clients, marketers, and developers; iterate on feedback
• Keep brand consistency across all deliverables
• Prepare specs and assets for developer handoff

What you need

• 2+ years in graphic design and/or UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio spanning brand/marketing and interface work
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid grasp of UX principles, responsive design, typography, layout, and color
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Reliable high-speed internet and a capable workstation
• Comfortable working U.S. time zones

Nice to have

• Prototyping / interaction design (Figma prototyping, motion, After Effects)
• Webflow, Framer, or front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS)
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams
