Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Generative AI Trainer role based in Hyderabad. The Generative AI Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on generative AI concepts, tools, and frameworks for students and corporate learners. Responsibilities include preparing curricula, lesson plans, hands-on labs, and project assignments that cover topics such as large language models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI application development. The role involves conducting interactive classroom sessions, resolving learner queries, evaluating assignments, and providing detailed feedback to help learners build practical skills. The trainer will also update course content to reflect the latest industry trends, collaborate with other faculty members to improve training quality, and support placement and career guidance activities related to AI roles.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, including deep learning concepts, neural networks, and modern generative model architectures (e.g., transformers, diffusion models).
• Hands-on experience with key AI/ML frameworks and tools such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and popular LLM or generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure/OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Ability to design and deliver structured training content, including curriculum development, lesson planning, lab creation, and project-based learning for diverse skill levels.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible language.
• Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning or customizing models, building AI-powered applications or integrations, and applying responsible AI and ethical AI principles.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, corporate training, or edtech experience is highly preferred, especially in AI, data science, or software development domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent
