Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Role Summary
Responsible for building and deploying agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation systems within the AI Lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.
- Build agentic workflows for task automation and decision-making across use cases such as billing, process optimisation, and operational intelligence
- Implement RAG-based systems using vector databases for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, and enterprise systems and deploy solutions in production environments.
- Work on data pipelines and preprocessing and collaborate with data and backend teams.
