About the Position
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Medical Billing Clearinghouse Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of medical billing, electronic claims, and healthcare provider support.
The ideal candidate must know how to complete a CMS-1500 medical claim form and have experience assisting medical offices with electronic claim submissions, claim rejections, claim status questions, and software troubleshooting. Knowledge of the ANSI ASC X12 5010 transaction standards is preferred.
We are looking for a dependable professional who communicates clearly, enjoys solving problems, and understands the importance of accurate medical claims processing.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
