Position 1: UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive designs.
• Conduct user research and improve user experience based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Maintain consistent branding, visual quality, and responsive design standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Understanding of responsive web design and usability.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous design projects.

Position 2: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging marketing content.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
• Support lead generation, brand awareness, and online marketing initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Experience in campaign management and digital marketing strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Relevant educational qualification in design, marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
