- 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, solar PV systems, technical service, engineering support, or a related field.
- Strong background in electrical engineering and a solid understanding of electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in solar PV systems or related electrical installations.
- Experience in electrical design, solar system design, or technical design documentation.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, system layouts, and technical specifications.
- Experience supporting technicians, installers, electricians, or field service teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and building requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Professional English proficiency for daily communication with US-based teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in solar PV service, field service engineering, or solar Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
- Training or coursework in solar photovoltaic systems.
- NABCEP certification or an electrical license is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in construction, renewable energy, electrical installations, or related industries.
Perks - What’s in It for You?
- Compensation in USD.
- 3 weeks of paid time off.
